I started this with just books last year, but I never stuck to it. I think it's a good goal for the year and I'm actually going to keep track of it. I like the idea of adding films too, which I got from girlonthetram :) The films will be ones I've seen for the first time, not ones that I've just watched multiple times already. I think I'll also rate them on a 5 point scale for how much I liked them, which will be easy since most of them I'll probably get from Netflix and will have rated already :)

I... don't know what to say. I have so many things going through my head right now and I just feel an overall sense of confusion. It's really uncomfortable... I have so much to say but I don't even know where to start.

At the same time I just... don't really care? About anything? Why does anything matter?
I don't know.

My New Years probably won't be as exciting or ideal as I had hoped, but I'm ready for a new year. It'll feel good to think that I have a fresh start, and another year ahead to figure things out. I hope you all have a beautiful and safe New Years and start off 2010 fabulously! :)

I just want to say that if you ever get a chance to meet with a Tibetan doctor, or even an Ayurvedic doctor, I highly recommend it. I went in with a very open mind, and carefully digested everything he told me. Some things were instantly shocking, other things I wasn't so sure were accurate. Each and every day, though, I am noticing all of the things he told me about and all of the things and habits in my life that I have been doing which influence me to feel so out of balance. I am listening to my intuition even more because it always is giving me these subtle warnings, the most important one being to take this class and to learn to be mindful.

I feel like I'm always listening to the same music over and over again. I need something new. Something that feels like fall and winter. I've been listening to a lot of Azure Ray, Volcano Choir, Thievery Corporation, Kings of Convenience, Iron & Wine, and I just rediscovered my love for You Are My Sunshine by Copeland. Something in the vein of these is what I'm looking for. Or maybe something completely different. I change what type of things I listen to the most based on seasons. I think music is the best way for massaging my emotions in regards to the seasons and I think it is an amazing thing and makes me really happy.

Please recommend me fall and/or winter feeling music!
